what are the benefits to using sorc over rogue end-game, and what will i miss?

the weapons u get from the level advancement chests are guns
do you recommend buying staffs between each chest/foregoing the guns altogether for more dps?

i really havent been having much trouble with killing mobs but im getting into ren'gol, and all that mess soon
so im not really 1-shotting enemies anymore either

I find staffs more useful due to procs such as flame and dragon staff
But you can use guns if you want more dmg, but staffs will help you more

Yes I would recommend staffs because I stopped using guns after lvl 50

Teases my ign was Keeese i quit for awhile i was a very op mage tons of exp.
If you want to pve more then use staff for great dps output but if you PvP gun is a must over staff becaue of the auto aim. Idk what new weps there are as of new expansion but i kept dusk staff assault 6%all stats then hex staff immortal staff and dragon for pve. And a dusk blunder if brut cuz the health boost over blunder of assault. I had level 61 mythic gun and blunder of brut. So i suggest you find a decent staff between the lvls you are so you do not half to keep buying and keep a spare gun to switch for bosses cuz of auto aim can remain at safe distance to stay alive until you reach level cap 46 for drag staff. Hope I was able to answer your question homslice

1. We're fancy, smexy and more fancy!!! ;)
2. We're most useful in Mausoleum.
3. Mages can solo as good as every map and clear it in a pretty nice time, rogue and tank can't.
4. None wants rogues nor tanks nowadays. In Mausoleum I prefer a 4mage team, or 3mage 1rogue :).. anyway that's my oppinion hehe
5. We can banish xD
6. We can solo m6 :3


Conclusion:

We're not just fancy and smexy and OP, also we're the most useful in Mausoleum, no rogues nor tanks needed. The bosses are about Dragon staffs and the mobs about Immortal staffs.. use 1voice set mage which is ur "tank" 2whims which can make the "pulls" like a Rogue did with trap in the past, one glow to get rid of curse and a toxy/nekro to get some stun or more cover.

Nah I'm just jk, but the most of the people do have rather a mage in their party than a rogue. It's mage season I guess :x
