Why does people want those high level to leave the room? I hate this. Everyone leaves the room the moment i enter it.

Because higher levels make it difficult for lower levels to survive and because the drops increase with the level and are not as valuable. Enemy strength increases to match the higher level. A 60 joining a group of 10's usually means that the 10's die.
