[bug] chest splitter explosion upgrade push ourselves

hello,

chest splitter skill upgrade, decimation, which has chance to explode enemies killed, pushes the caster
pretty sure any kind of effect should be done to enemies

p.s. please also reconsider remaking the skill to work like sorcerer's ice patch, not needing to last hit the enemies
