How do ppl make the signature picture thing???

Most are experienced users of Photoshop/GIMP and other programs along those lines.
When first starting off to do this check out GIMP YouTube vids :) good start into making a sig. :D

Olz register on our guild forums and there is a thread on it about this. The sig creator is very active and should have something for you fairly quickly.
