Nope but it stacks with xp/luck lix, gear, pet aswell...and yes its worth this ring 100%.

Egg ring is preety much active all the time on a dog mage,especlly one with flame staff. The proc refreshes but dosent stack with itself

For anything other than loot rerolls, there are many other relatively cheap rings that are far better, especially past Lv41
