Whats the difference ? which one is better ? does elite awake kit does more than just unlock slots? cuz all my ring slots are unlocked already.

Better odds for elite awakening.
E.g. you may need to use 100 times to reroll for 50% gl on the ring if using normal awakening kit, but you may need only 10 times to reroll for 50% gl on the ring if using the elite version. However, all is gambling, it is not guarantee... Maybe if you are lucky enough, you can get 150% gl on the ring using normal awakening kit.

As far as I know the elite awakening cant unlock new slots, it just reawakens the already unlocked slots with better odds. I think (or I hope, Im not sure) that the normal gem is reawakening the whole weapon and thus can open new slots as well.
