Introducing the Ambassadors of Alterra

After careful consideration, we've made our selections for the founding members of the Ambassadors of Alterra. We looked specifically at those who have been a part of the design process for the program, and those who have a history of helping. We also selected a few that aren't as established in the community, but seemed bright and wanted to give them a chance to shine.

For those just learning about this, Ambassadors of Alterra are a group of players whose main function is to help new players on the site get started and assimilate into the game and community. Soon you will see them in-world on alternate accounts with special costumes. Be sure to say hi!

Not only does it fill the chat box of other players with a repeated phrase, but it also makes the position sound like a popularity contest rather than a legitimately earned position.

It's always fun to help out new players, so everyone can have a fun time playing PL, even if you don't expect being awarded with a nice "title", and I'm sure Spacetime appreciate valuable players ;) Keep helping new players as well as veterans people!
It's no fun to see people hanging around with questions that they got no one to tell them to. Personally am I hoping this program will minimize players like that, and I really wanna say to everyone that: Help players, they need you!

I helped Lowly answer questions. Noticed that he was wearing expensive stuff. I would just wear old grays so the new people can learn and won't get discouraged by finding out how much the gear is worth. (Winter gear)
