What is the intention for the door open after boss killed in M6?

I think everyone notice that the gate door will open and you will see the stair to go down after killing the Big Boss at Maous lvl 6.

What is the intention? Will it be M7 or M999 going on?

I think they just re-used the m1 gate for all 2-3-4-5-6...
In visual construction things from last two years :p Sts is very lazy :p
