What if Sts Bring back Test Server

Test Server was the best thing for me in AL ,not cuz of plats ,but because of the small cap,like the last test server with garreta ,this one was nice cuz of the simple thing of small lv ,what if sts bring back test server at events,ursoth ,winter,but we will have max.lv 41 or 46,or multiple servers like ,for a cap a server,the frist cap on AL to be the first sever,To bring The old time days back,when AL was fun
