STS COSTOMER SERVICE for fast working.

I bought 1700 plat with my credit card in AL Store but did not receive it. So i contacted the STS customer service per mail. Note the date on the mails. In the last mail from STS CUSTOMER SERVICE i was asked from Chad to prove my request. So i did the next day per mail. Time passes and nothing happens. I still have no answer and no plat. Problem not solved.
