A question!!

Hello,
So, as the title says, I have a small question. If you, one day, login the game (after a break...a long one) and you find out that your "4 years old" account was taken by some stranger (you ask yourself if you have made the mistake of giving your private information to anyone, but you find that you are 100% you didn't).
What else can you do than waiting for sts reply for your email? (I am not sure if it's the right section to post this in!!)

Technically:
If you ever purchased plats, then get the purchase details with your card that's a solid and enough evidence that account is yours.

In later conversation (chain of mails) they will ask you date when account was created. You can check that if it's gmail/fb linked account by deep checking ur gmail/fb for date when Arcane Legend game got linking permission to ur fb/gmail.

Always make replies not new mails , new mail will start a new case from beginning.

98% chance you will need to add JustG in your case, by doing pm him with your case number. So U can pm him now.

My own personal experience in account loosing thing is not whole support team members are wise enough in detecting cases so do your own labour and gather evidences by yourself. Some members are awesome and some maintain that balance to normal.

If you 100% didnt i am (almost) sure that is not possible, maybe u shared your account with a close person (brother/sister) and he might pass on the acc info? My brother likes to play al on my acc sometimes an he might have (not knowing anything about it) passed on the info.

And you cant do much then wait for the reply of the support team i think, i hope they will fix it for you

Maybe you tried one of those "Free platinum and free golds generators" which ask ur username and password?Cuz they will only lead u in losing ur account.(I have never tried it but its clear enough thats its fake and you will get scammed)

Not sure if this applies, but i do recall STS rerolling the server about a year or so ago and reset all inactive accounts to free up names.
