I waited 5 minutes after buying platinum when it still didn't go through, I tried again and it showed me this:

Just logged off and logged in and it was there for me, incense anyone else has this problem

It can take anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 days. If you don't recieve your plat after 3-4 hours email support.

I get an error message telling me I already have an order for that item (whatever plat package I am trying to order) already in the system. All my previous plat orders have been received, so there shouldn't be any outstanding order waiting to be filled. Anybody else get that?
