Level Lock

I like the idea of being able to choose a level range for your created lobbies. For example, I want to play 35's or people around there. Why not just plop in Minimum Lvl 35 and Maximum Lvl 37 or if I'm feeling dangerous maybe even put it as Maximum Lvl 40?
