I think you've got the right idea. I need more than 6m/s to never have to worry about mana, but If I could obtain a 3rd piece of Isis (or Zombie) it might be worth the occasional wait.
As to the exact numbers, keep in mind that your own attribute points will add to regen.

Neat. Im buying Zombie Croc Plate & Zombie Saintly Shield for my tank.
Then once I hit 40 I'll buy isis & thoth for it. Any tips on making money? some prices on pinks
from OA1 have dropped so farming is not that good. Plus drops are nerfed :(
