Im stuck between the two...what would you do for a paladin? Also should I put rest Into dex for hit % or rest into mana for regen and skill damage? Thank you

Stick with Fury IMO... A mage needs M/S to be an effective mage and its your best bet in PVP. As for PVE some would argue that fort is better because it give extra damage bonus and you can spam pots (which is true) but when it comes down to it that gets old really quick...lol if I remember correctly I had 11 M/S with the min. required str and rest on int.
