The devil pitchfork you can get by obtaining an random item level pack from the halloween store. Of course it's luck which makes this more risky for players. Here's the main factors of why you would want this weapon:
-It's a rare vanity. At one point this item won't be available again so it will be a rare item.
-It's Dps is absolutely insane at level 60+. I'm a level 61 mage pure int. I have my blessing maxed out. When i buff, my dps goes to a ridiculous level of dps....477 dps!
-The incredible dps of 477 (i believe 437 not buffed) also gives u a ridiculous amount of damage for a halloween item. As a pure int, you can have up to 340 damage with ur staff maxed (not taking armor/crit into account) and this is NOT BUFFED.
The only thing this weapons lacks in is the fact that it has lower damage stats then demon staff or glyph staff, therefore making your spells less powerful. I tested this weapon out and it's very good if you can land a freeze and nightmare. The damage from the staff does all the work! (Imagine about 100 damage every half second)
