What pack do the horns cone in and are they special item or do you get each time you purchase that certain pack?

They are random and are in any pack. I recommend not trying to get them. They are rare and you will waste alot of plat on duplicates.

All new vanity items come in all packs and are unfortunately random.... The new weapon "devils pitchfork" is in the enchantress packs tho :)

Yeah I saw this on another thread. Guy spent almost 500plat trying to get trident.
