I love the dps on this weapon but the max damage should still be the same if not higher than the hunting bow of Horus (lvl 40)

Why? Longbows have always had higher damage while crossbows have better speed giving them higher DPS. That's just the tradeoff between the 2 weapon types ;)

Its really preference if you like High damage when using skills or if you like high damage over time !
