City location Has been Gone

why my city location has been gone
when I remove it I craft it first then still no city. then the other like forest can craft easily ,but when city nothing show up to my inventory
then when I try my tavern make a deed and open it there is no more city. how should I do for this sts?
please bring back my city location

I already did any possible ways but still gone.... I saw the buffs one time when I remove it. then after it no more buffs
