In my opinion you both deserve a penalty. He for advertising scam site and you for bad language. No need to be so rude :)

1. He said it to a bot
2. It doesnt give him a mute and he didnt use bad language. He used 2 combinations of 3 different letters that have no meaning in the english language when combined in that order. You simply inferred meaning based upon your past experiences which wouldnt be grounds for him to be punished
