Why is everything so pixelated?

I noticed this a while ago, but a ton of stuff is very pixelated and makes things look cheap. For example, the eyes on multiple faces such as the panda face, and the cyber bear look very weird. BS armors on archers also look very pixelated (the threading on them). Just makes things look very weird.

I don't have either enabled:) It's not *everything*, my apologies for my poor choice of words, it's just a few things that appear that way. Some examples listed in the original post:)

Is battery saver all the way to the left? If you put it to the left, it's very smooth. When you use battery saver, usually on mine its at halfway, the gear looks slightly pixelated but the scenery isn't

Nope, no battery saver, no pixel double, I'm also using HQ (not that that'd make a difference)

It didn't look that way before recently. It looked nice before, now it looks like it was rushed and weird.
