When i turned to 51 i stumbled upon a build that gave me 36 crit when no buff and 56 when buffed if you want i will post my equipment. This is a warrior, i only get 56 crit with rage. I even beat up a 52 and 47 at the same time both mage rushers with mana shields!

If you also notice he is only wearing lvl 55 gear, which gives same crit stats as lvl 51 gear. He may have 1 crit more than you because of th extra points in dex but that doesn't cover the 17 point gap expressed in the pic
