Im going to describe a series of tv shows, old and new, and the first person to post which show is which will win a level 20 pink halloween set (chunker, broom, doll, cat shield). And now the clues.
1. This famous mariner solves all his problems by consuming a vegetable.
2. A boat's crew gets stuck on an island and one of the crew tries to make a radio out of coconuts.
3. This common household implement has various submarine adventures with his favorite star shaped buddy.
4. A trio constantly tries to trick the neighborhood kids out of their money to buy succulant hard candies.
5. A wise, talking horse helps out his owner in several episodes.
6. Children have countless adventures in a fort made of cardboard cubes.
7. A ninja fights the forces of evil while also fending off the noodle-delivery girl that is hopelessly enamered with him.
8. This respectful spectral entity aids living beings in their everyday lives.
9. Two boys create miraculous inventions during the summer season while their semi-aquatic pet performs missions of espionage.
10. This show is known for its iconic football-headed protagonist.

Of course it's not supposed to be easy, that wouldn't be any fun :D
I can tell you that both of your guesses are correct. I tried to make the clues mentally demanding but at the same time painfully obvious, when someone solves them all you will see what i mean.

Yes but he is spectral, which is why how parents try to catch him so yes he is both human and ghost.
