Hello STS! First of all thank you for bringing back the -/+ 5 differential pvp lvl but what I hated about the update is the "Global Dodge Cap reduced to 5%" I mean this thing ruined us low level twinks/pvpers, why? With that dodge reduced thing low level pvp AINT FUN ANYMORE! PPL HITTING 200+ crits at level 10, 12, 15, 17. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME! And let's talk about the l1 elite items like the ditzo talon/wand, those items are overrated, why? When did a level 1 item dominates l10-17 items? I mean where's the logic there? L1 elite items dominating the original classic low level weapons!!! PLEASE STS PLEASE FIX THIS THING! Id rather stick to the "no level restriction with the normal dodge" than this recent update! ;( pls fix this
