pretty self explannatory, should i look for em in Sloucho, Numa, delta, and in which maps? Thanks

no technique id say look in numa cause that seems to be where they drop. drops are random these are just really rare

Here's a little guide by a buddy that may help you find/farm one, tho they are pretty much as random as you can possibly get.
