I don't know if this issue has already been discussed here but two months ago i try to recover my account but still Support didn't answer me, I don't know if the sts are overloaded creating the new game, but i hope they solve it

Caveat here - be very sure you are above board if you PM a dev to look into your case. I may not have time for it, but on more than one occasion someone has asked for us to look further into something and we have found things we don't like.
