Be close to sts, have a good wifi connection, have a good device. I mean after that point it comes down to the developers server speed :P

Also there is an option in game to prioritize ping over battery consumption.

That option is for framerate vs. battery life, not ping.

Yes he is part of sts (ignoring the fact that month ago he said there will be some action regarding super annoying delayed kill counters, and nothing happened.)

That's not ad.. its a logo replaced by hosting website cos of expired plan. ( Or a Gandhi's styled protest for increment :p )

Ping is time consumed to reach device's signal to server and server's signal to your device..

For lower ping , obviously basic is decreasing the physical distance between u n sts's server in terms of country->state ->city -> road
And if u r not willing to move then get a good speed but stable n strong internet connection . In terms of -> neighbor's free wifi-> own mobile internet -> wifi/broad band-> lease line
If broadband is converted to wifi then this conversation also adds a big amount of ping..
