My suggestion is, place him/her on ignore and avoid games hosted by the player. You could always email support but they will most likely give you this answer.

I don't think his intent is to accuse anyone of anything; Just wants to know who it is. My best guess would be Mrbanana, i think his forum name is barbamitsos.
