here is a list of how u can get halloween plat items from what

devil horns-enchantress halloween pack any lvl
pumpkin shield-warrior halloween pack any lvl
zombie head-warrior halloween pack any lvl
2011 witch hat- warrior halloween pack any lvl
pirate hat-archer halloween pack any lvl
swashbuckler hat-archer halloween pack any lvl
bats- deal of the day
devil pitch fork- enchantress halloween pack ( depends on which lvl u want)
costumes- 5-15 plat

Any of those items can be received from any pack of any class and/or level.

You can actually get any of the vanities from any plat pack..... The only exception is the devils trident which can only be obtained from the enchantress plat pack any lvl because it's a weapon not a vanity :-)

What tank said, I got the shield, and the pirate hats all from INT packs, just no pitchfork ....

Got my pitchfork first try :D And I got witch hat 2011 from Mage pack.
I think u can get any vanity from any pack. If so, the smartest thing to do would be to buy a bunch of mage Halloween packs
