Hi. Yes they are housing locations. Each location gives the player a buff. The buffs vary depending on which type of housing you have. Starter houses have the least..taverns the most. Some locations are only available to taverns. City..winter wonderland and graveyard for instance are applicable only when used with taverns. If you visit housing vendor in a city, you can tour the houses and look at the locations.
