I did 224/225 and am under the impression that the 225th quest was long removed. My quest log now says go to the spring chicken in Forest Haven. Never seen this before in Forest Haven. So my question is this.
Is the spring chicken part of the removed 225th quest? And if so, will the spring chicken ever return to PL?

Probably the 3pc ring quests that you're missing.

That's exactly what he is missing. Equip multiple cap vanities simultaneously and you will be summoned to the fallen prince in blacksmoke to collect your rings and complete those quests.
I have seen many with 224 but no one with 225.
