Asylum PVP shield aka blue one only is not tradeable? So white and black still is or no?

Does Social Options --> Reject gifts serve any purpose now?
I will miss being able to give town beggars scraps of cloth. :)
I noticed with the new update skills in pvp are being delayed even with green ping is anyone else getting this?

Can you at least make all items tradable in SL...? There are flood of so many account dealers and scammers in game.
