Dreameater ap

I recently leveled my tank to 66, i didnt beat dreameater because no one ever came to map to help. Is there any way to get this ap now that im capped?

You have to beat dreameater.

Unluckily, reaching lvl 66 u cannot get that boss/ap anymore.
