maus6 + shadow pierser

why normal (not charged) shadow pierser doesnt deal any dmg in maus 6?
tried with different dmg from 2k to 3,8k, with different weapons (dusk daggs,immo bow,drag daggs), with nm set 3/5 and 5/5
asked also another rogue in party to check it - same story

fix it?!

nox bolt doesnt deal initial dmg too, only dot...
