loosing builds after updates.

After full updates we have to reset our builds, that we have saved in our skill loadouts.

Also we cant use the symbols like "(--" or qoatation marks in chat.

I use IOS 11.0.3

I wrote sts for this bug long time ago, at start tought was my problem only. Not always happens tho.
