Halloween 2017 - The Classic Event Returns with Bonus Boss, Special Vanities!

Halloween Hal makes his return to Forest Haven next week for an updated 2017 celebration!

HIGHLIGHTS
- Quest line is now open to ALL Levels! PL Twinks are pro and know how to navigate the later levels. Hal understands this now.
- New Circle of Samhain ring! This (L.50) quest reward replaces the (L.30) Halloween Bling and gives a 50% Speed Boost.
- Bonus Boss added to the Halloween Manor! Use the "Halloween Hunter" Elixir for a chance to spawn KRUD STINKLER!
- Defeat STINKLER for a chance at new vanity items. Look for A LINGERING STINK... a smelly portal to a special Vendor!
- Special Vendor sells new Halloween 2017 Vanities: The Gazer Ghoul (outfit) and Poundfool the Killer Clown (mask)!
- Vendor also sells new Hemi-Stat Weapons! Insane DPS. Way cheaper than their PURE STAT cousins (though not nearly as devastating).
- Pure Stat weapons get a HUGE damage boost with this update as a heartfelt 'thank-you' to those who purchased them prior to this update.

Pure stat weapons do insane DMG on PvP, never used any, but saw bear and rhino with that weapon to make 1k+ DMG against 4pc sets sometimes.

Boost from this point might result 1hit kill, BUT IM NOT GONNA PRESUME anything :)

I have an small suggestion, could you change the pumpkin glow from green to orange or red so that we have something different, because the green glow looks weird on the dark pumpkin (Which should also be colored slightly darker)
