Here's the bug in more details
With the finman wand set the stat bonus to the damage goes over 4k

But with the stat base pistols its around 2k with pysko

So its just missing the DMG bonus is all, the health armor and HP shows up , and with pysko you do gain 100 DMG just not the full 2.5k DMG
