cant change items in inventory through the quick inventory slots

The issue occured on my Iphone 7. This could be because I upgraded Ios 10.3.3 to 11.0.3.
This occurred either when switching to my alt account or changing characters I am not sure. Remained like this for few hours.
The problem is now fixed somehow.
Probably worth looking into for future references
