What levels are active ? I know L58-66 are active but what think levels are active ? Reason this is in general disc is because pvp disc doesn't have much activity.

To my knowledge, there aren't any active levels besides 61 and 58.

LmaO depends u wanna spend 30mins to get 3 kills in clash? By all means go low level twink.
41-43 is active but define active. Gear is becomin rarer by the day but on a positive note it's by far the most balanced bracket.
58-62 is well ur usual shenanigans. Speed sets, spawn traps the whole 9 yards.
But on a personal note. Goin 61 myself Cus it's much more active there.
