can we give not tradeable items to people?

I was thinking since we can't trade vanity items like halloween vanity in trade window, can we give to people as a gift instead?

Nope. If its purchased with platinum, it can't be given. As it is a real money product or even quest items are rare to their quest.

Unless of course the item gets removed from the plat store and becomes discontinued, in which case it is made tradeable and and becomes worth tons (holiday packs don't fall under that catagory tho :()
