Shiny Items!

Since we get a lot of reskins nowadays, why don't we make it interesting? I suggest you make farmable, rare, re-colored versions of weapons/armor, similar to the green ice items.

Basically shiny weapons and armor!

BUT make it really hard to get like a shiny Pokémon.
