Hello, I wanted to report a mistake on the plat offerings, I completed the offers and they sent me the automatic email, I sent the screenshots proving that I completed the quest, but so far I have not won the plat, please help me :/

Same here. I did the offer (an offer i had to pay money for) and sent all the screenshots requested (including bank information etc.) only to be told that 'the offer provider cannot confirm that you completed the offer'.
RIP 3000+ platinum.

It takes 48 hours. Normally two days later the reply comes at 1 o'clock central daylight time. (That is AM for some people) If it doesn't send then they have decided you did not complete it in it's entirely but aren't giving you a negative tick.
