Plat shared between Toons?

Greetings,

My primary (and currently only) character has some plat. I am thinking of starting a second character and I want to know if my second character would have access to the plat I already have purchased.

I have spent the past hour searching for an answer to this question:

Is plat assigned to an account or to individual toons?

plat is to one account. having 21 toons will mean every one of them has same amount of plat. :)

Plat is accessible by all your toons so long as they are on the same account.

Account for whichever game.

Ex: If you have 2 characters, and purchase 75 plat on one, the plat will show and be able to be spent on both characters. However, if you log out of PL and go into SL, you won't have the 75 plat you just recently purchased.

Your stash is also shared by all characters

And no matter which character spends it, the currency will go down accordingly for all of them :)

Same acc = shows plat. New account= no plat.

as stated above. shared plat on same account. i've had a lot of people ask me lately if you give others platinum. that's what i thought this thread was going to be about when i entered it. but, i'd like to share with the people who don't know.. you can't give your friends platinum. sorry guys! i know you all wish you could share the love of plat sometimes.
