Can somebody Explain why the non jeweled weapon does have more damage ?

It adds more damage, than the jewels. But u could always find better jewels...Or lose a bit of damage for the increase crit/flanking the jewels give you.

On crit you'll do more damage with your original weapon than the non jeweled one, the Non jeweled weapon has more damage because of the 25 ice damage enhancement combined with the wands 208 dark damage while your original weapon has 207 light damage but no damage enhancement to it, but since you have some crit jewels and a flanking jewel on it, its far better than the non jeweled weapon
