Bug where my skill is selected for me

Idk about you guys but this happened today. So I decided to make a twink, and when I leveled up (to lvl 2) a the first skill was automatically selected for me (shadow pierce on rogue). I thought maybe I did this by mistake so I tried a mage and boom it automatically selected fireball for me when I hit lvl 2. I really don't want to buy respecs to fix this, kindly look into this, thanks. (I hope there will be compensation)
