Seems to me that you should be very, Very VERY careful if you see this (more and more frequently heard at CS... ) offer.

There is no secure way to do this transaction, and it would be just too easy for someone to simply boot you out of the guild after "handing it over" to you...

Good luck, and remember: if something seems too good to be true IT PROBABLY IS ! ! ! ! !

The only trading that is allowed is what you can do via the secure trade window in game.

You can't really put a guild in the trade window, so I reckon it should be labelled illegal.
