So annoying

I have been playing this game for about a month. And I am now 43L ,but I have Loss my passion on this game because of the serious connection problem. I play this game with a iPad 2 . In the starting few weeks the connection is perfect and the ping never rise to 300or above. But when I reach around 30L the connection problem start to occur, and now my ping never under 1000 and is often rise to 20000. When I play star legend , go on to face book or watch film on the youtube , my conntection is perfect and I donnot have this problem. I have try to re download the game, resest my iPad , and all the other methods I can think. Can any body help me to solve this problem, i love this game so much and I donnot want to stop playing it just because connection problem.(p.s. i am a hong kong player)

for 43l and 30l do u mean like level30 chars and stuff?

It doesn't matter what lvl you are. Also it depends what connection you have if it's wireless or 3G. Just reset the connection if its wireless. Finally you live in hongkong which is pro ally why your connection is slow. From what I gather the server is located in the US so that's a lOng way for the data to travel (:

the funniest part is I do not have the problem at the begining and if the problem occur because I am using wi-fi , then why I do not have the problem when I am playing star legend. That's the weird part...

I wonder if it is because more people are on for the Halloween event? I've been noticing more freezing lately too...
