We know what an addictive phone game can do to your body and life, lump back, blur eyes, dizzy head, weak muscle... I encourage myself and every gamer to do the following after each round of maus or elite map runs. One example pseudo source code would be:

FOR each round of elite south gate, DO
[
Push-up 30 times;
Sit-up 20 times;
Pull-up 10 times;
]

It will help your health, study, work, and your gaming, too! :-)

Play the game whilst running on the treadmill at the gym. Seriously, resting your eyes at frequent intervals is probably the most important and getting enough sleep oh and not getting stressed out. I prefer running and brisk hill walking to push ups etc. but each to their own.

Some serious gamers have actually suffered jaw injury due to teeth grinding whilst playing for hours. I watched videos of angry game players..It is funny to see actually. I wouldn't recommend throwing computers though. I have lost my temper a (ahem) couple of times but nothing really bad happened.

Play arcane legends while patting your head with one hand and rubbing your belly with the other! Send that workout to Richard Simmons!

Try this...
Ingredients you will need
Jamaican Pepper & Salt

If u wanna stay up while farming just sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper in a bowl, mix it and sprinkle some on ur eyes. You can store it in the freezer to save it for the next day. After you sprinkle the salt n pepper, open ur cheeks n put some in there too. If u want full super Saiyan effect, bath with it in water. Get me feed back on the wonderful effect u get.

If you need a health schedule to play a game because it gives you health problems, it might be time to think whether u need to see it as an addiction instead of a thing to do in ur free time.

Do 10 squats between each citadel xp run.

By level 66 you've got glutes to the moooooooooon! Mars be checkin' out them thighs!

But seriously, and especially during the AL annual events, do look after your mental and physical health. Eat good food and don't drink too much caffeine. Get proper sleep. The leaderboards aren't worth you losing your sanity <3
