Just taking a vote to see if i wasnt dreaming that grotto was 2 plat last year for a 4 hour elix and 14k gold per run? Agree with me if you think im right so i can prove to Cinco.

It wasnn't. it clearly said it costed 2 plat when i tried to host it. THIS WAS SOLO CINCO U COULDNT JOIN OTHERS

You couldn't use Join. You could host the Grotto map after buying the 2 plat access to the regular Winter maps though.

I think it was 2 plat to host. And everyone farmed gold from the presents. After 4 hours or killing the boss at the end, the elixer ended i believe, but im not sure

Yes, it was 2plat for grotto last year. No, you couldn’t join other grotto maps because it was a solo map only, the elixir also lasted 4hrs or until the boss died, whichever came first. Cinco confused it with another elixir, oh well hopefully the price is fixed. I always found it odd how a 2plat elix was getting a 50% off deal.

I just looked back at my purchase history and i seeing quite a few “Winter Festival Access” elixirs being bought back to back for 2PLATINUM starting from dec13th and continuing throughout the event, and grotto was the only place i went that much to during last years event

Yes, we were able to host this game while in the effects of the 2016 Winter Festival Access elixir; however if you can see in the video, the description of the level implies that it wasn't supposed to be able to be hosted, yet only occasionally (think about it, would he really just give us THAT much gold per present breaking?), . It was most likely a bug that we just abused during this time, hence the "circumvention" claims. Either way, you guys are technically right, but so is Cinco, because I'm pretty sure there was an elixir for 50 plat in the store. There was a lack of acknowledgement of this elixir due to this bug that we abused.

Nope last years Grotto was 2 plat and was solo, after killing Killjoy your elixir died.Not aware of this years Christmas tho.

He changed it so stop complaining guys. Its 10 plat for infinite drops in the 1 hour period now. Also last years elix was supposed to be 50 plat but it was bugged.
