winter event 2017 in dark legends

Thanks for the update, I have looked forward to playing it all year, but its hard to spawn the portal. I have farmed the past few days for hours without any luck. I have found Santa numerous times and only get hats, all the portals I come across are dead and I cannot enter. I know it’s a rare drop but it shouldn’t be an impossible drop.
